We are fully staffed 365 days a year and have employees living on the premises that do late night checks of our guests. We also offer late check-ins at an additional fee.

The Dogtel Hotel is proud to celebrate our 15th year anniversary in 2016! We’ve had over 20,000 different dogs and 600 cats stay with us through the years.

New and existing customers can use the reservation form on the website but please be advised that we need a credit card to hold your reservation if not already on file.
If you need to cancel you must let us know at least 48 hrs.in advance of arrival else a 2 day cancellation fee will be charged. We cannot take reservations without a credit card. Alternatively, you may send a check deposit. Once received your reservation will be confirmed.
Upon arrival, the full amount of the stay is charged. There are no refunds but if you have to leave early then any remaining balance is credited to your pets’ next stay.
For stays of 1 week or longer we charge a 2 day deposit when you make your reservation.
Although we have no minimal stay requirements, suites, because there are a limited amount are reserved for longer bookings.
